Well I first only enrolled to Osseo senior high on my junior year of highschool in September 6th 2022, the enrollment process was fairly simple and administration gave me the help I needed to function once school started. For the 2 years i remained there, junior and senior year I would say it was a great time in my life and I truly enjoyed the staff, faculty and people of the school, the culture was great and I would always feel safe and will connected if I needed help for academics, sports etc. I participated in track for those 2 years and it was fantastic coaching. Yet I will say it evidently underfunded, coaches weren’t payed well and resources were scarce, not only for sports but for things such as no juice or free drinks for lunch, over crowded gyms, etc.. Overall great school but lacks funding and resources and that’s what I would want to see improve.

Attending Osseo was a transformative period in my life, filled with both highs and lows. From the first day, I dreaded coming because I would be away from my friends. It was a bit after Covid so I wasn’t excited. Months later I decided to put myself out there and join the track team. To my surprise the supportive community made me feel right at home. I made a lot of friends and was more happier. I had teachers along the years that helped me along my journey. always encouraged me to strive for excellence.Osseo offered lots of resources that helped me to achieve my goals. Knowing that I wanted to be a future nurse my counselor recommended me to join their nursing assistant program. This program allowed me to explore my interests and develop new skills which I am able to use in the future. My time at Osseo was marked by growth, learning, and a sense of belonging. Osseo was more than just a school; it was a community that nurtured my potential and helped me become the person I am today.

Overall my experience has been good. some of the teachers I meet are amazing and teach me valuable life lessons. The school is currently being renovated, there is a lot of new furniture and new teachers.
